    Hi, I’m Mel. I’m really glad you’re here. I only recently at 40+ years old learned how imperative nutrition and exercise is to taking care of our body. Turns out, we have a lot more control over our health than we might think.

    I have made it my mission to learn for myself, my family, and to teach others about good health. I want to live a long happy life, free of disease. If you do too, you are in the right place.

    I’m a nutritionist, personal trainer, entrepreneur, wife and mother. Living a healthy lifestyle helps me care for my family better, gives me loads of energy, helps me feel strong, confident and look pretty damn hot! (yes, I did just say so myself 😉 )

    I want to help everyone nourish and power their body, strengthen self-love and encourage self-belief. This can be achieved through health and wellness.
